Meditations

Meditation is a simple practice available to anyone, helping to reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Here, we offer some practices to help get you started on a path towards greater equanimity, acceptance and joy. Enjoy a deep breath, and get ready to pay close attention to the present moment, especially your own thoughts, emotions and sensations — whatever it is that’s happening.

“Meditation is essentially a process of taking more and more delight in less and less, so that you are delighted to simply exist and be breathing.”  Lorin Roche

Back On Track

No matter how many times we lose focus in our meditation we can always begin again.

Yoga Nidra

A guided Yoga Nidra practice for deep rest.

Noticing Thoughts

This isn't a traditional meditation but can be a fun exercise to notice what you are thinking, when you re thinking it.
