Online Wellness Sessions
Support your team while they work from home with a series of digital wellness sessions. Our programs are run over Zoom or can be pre-recorded and delivered on demand to suit your needs. All our programs are facilitated by our team qualified yoga and meditation teachers. We work with diverse corporate and community teams including RSL Victoria, Care Choice and Victoria Racing Club.
Our approach is laid back and friendly and no yoga or meditation experience is required to benefit from the sessions. Encourage connection, promote well-being and let your team know they are valued by offering them the opportunity to look after themselves.
HOW THE SESSIONS WORK:
• Our live stream classes run over Zoom – no participant limit and all you need to join is is a laptop or device and a WIFI connection
• Nominate the time that suits your working week. Pre-recorded programs are also available should you wish to provide your team with the flexibility to access classes at a time that suits them
• We match you with a teacher, set up your calls and provide a program invitation with class link, participant waiver and teacher bio
• We suggest starting with a 3-week program of 6 x 30-minute sessions (2 sessions per week) but can work around your preferences and availabilities
• The sessions are built around your priorities
